Why have I not received my reward after completing the purchase requirements for the offer?

You need to complete a purchase that meets the minimum spend requirement for the Cash Back Offer.


Confirm you have added the offer to your registered card, prior to the qualifying purchase.


Simply meet the offer’s purchase requirements. During the purchase transaction, the offer is redeemed with the swipe of your linked card when you make a purchase online or in-store, depending on the offer channel specified.


You must use the card you previously registered and it must meet the card eligibility requirements in order for our system to track your purchase and issue your reward.


If you registered a debit card, you need to choose “credit” instead of using your PIN when completing your purchase.


Check your activation confirmation email for any other instructions specific to this offer.


If you do not have a copy of the receipt, please use the Ask Sam contact form and include the following details:

  • First name, last name
  • Registered email address
  • Card type
  • Last 4 digits of the card used
  • Transaction Date
  • Approximate transaction time
  • Transaction amount
  • Restaurant name
