Why am I not able to log in or navigate a coupon website using Chrome on Windows?


If you are experiencing issues with log in, unable to clip a coupon, or the print button is non-responsive, you may have all cookies blocked or JavaScript disabled.

Verify Cookies are not blocked and JavaScript is enabled:

  • Click the overflow menu “ title=” in the upper right corner.

  • Click Settings.

  • Click Show advanced settings.

  • Under the Privacy, select the Content settings.

  • When the dialog window opens, look for the Cookies and JavaScript sections

  • Select Allow local data to be set (recommended) for cookies.

  • Select Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) for JavaScript.

  • Click Done to close it.

  • Close the Settings tab.

  • If you made changes to cookie and/or JavaScript settings, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.

If steps 1 did not resolve the issue, try resetting your browser.
