Why am I not able to log in or navigate a coupon website using Firefox on a Mac?


If you are experiencing issues with log in, unable to clip a coupon, or the print button is non-responsive, you may have all cookies blocked or JavaScript disabled.

Verify Cookies are not blocked:

  • Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.

  • Select Preferences.

  • Click Privacy.

  • Under History, click the drop down and select the option Use custom settings for history.

  • Select Accept cookies from site.

  • Click OK.

  • If you made changes to cookies, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.

Verify JavaScript is enabled:

  • Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.

  • Select Preferences.

  • Select the Content icon/tab at the top on the window.

  • Then, check the Enable JavaScript check box.

  • Close the Options window to save your changes.

  • Refresh your browser.

  • If you made changes to the JavaScript setting, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.

If steps 1 and 2 did not resolve the issue, try resetting your browser.
