Why do I stay on “Sending coupons to printer” page on Windows?


Follow the instructions below to see if our suggestions can resolve your issue.

Ensure you have a default printer set up.

  • Click the yellow folder “ title=” on your desktop
  • Click Computer.
  • Click Open Control Panel.
    Tip: If you don't see Open Control Panel hold down the ctrl key and hit the F1 key.
  • Click View devices and printers.

  • Click the Windows icon “ title=” on your desktop.
  • Click Devices and Printers.

  • Click the Start button on your desktop.
  • Click Control Panel.
  • Click Printers & Other Hardware.
  • Right click on the printer you want to print with and select Set as Default Printer. The new default printer should have a check mark notation.

    “ title=”

  • Coupons cannot be printed to a fax machine or to digital formats such as PDF, so make sure your default printer is set to print to paper.
  • Go to Coupons.com to try printing any coupon again to test.
  • If your default printer is already set, please continue to step 2.

Clear your browser settings.

  • Exit the browser and relaunch.
  • Go to Coupons.com, clip any coupon, and try printing again to test. If your coupon printed, your issue is resolved.

Try using a different browser or update your browser to the latest version.

  • Go back to the site, and hit the refresh icon in the browser to reload the page.
